This is called, read an article, and show the boys who write them how their heads are up their asses. This is taken on a Nikon Macro lens from about 8 feet away (not ideal distance as they are "biased for macro work"). It was stopped down all the way (which will cause decreased image clarity due to abberations what be chromatic, diffusion, circle of confusion and what not). On a tripod and exposure was not marked - because that was not the point. Then, we bring it up in Photoshop and hit the fix button and absolutely no contrast or changes in exposure happened. How is this you say? Kick ass lens I'd say. Ok, it was on a Nikon body, but thats another story that we will get to later on.
